Cancellation Policy for All Quantum Healing Sessions
QHHT, Virtual Quantum Healing, Psycholytic Quantum Healing
50% of the deposit is nonrefundable and is required to secure the Client's appointment.
If the Client cancels at least 3 days before the scheduled session, the remaining 50% of the deposit will be refunded, minus any applicable payment processing fees.
If the Client cancels less than 3 days before the scheduled session, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
If the Client reschedules at least 3 days before the scheduled session, the existing deposit will be applied toward the rescheduled appointment.
If the Client reschedules less than 3 days before the scheduled session, an additional, nonrefundable rescheduling fee of $140 (equivalent to 50% of the standard deposit) will be required. The original deposit will continue to be credited in full toward the session price, and the remaining session balance will be calculated accordingly. The rescheduling fee will not be applied toward the session balance.
If the Client arrives more than 30 minutes late or does not show up, the session will be cancelled without a refund.
For payments made through PayPal or Stripe, any processing fees incurred are nonrefundable and will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Cancellation Policy for All Psychic Readings, Past Life Readings, and Spiritual Mentorship
The session fee is fully refundable if the Client cancels or reschedules at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, minus any applicable payment processing fees.
If the Client cancels less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the session fee will be refunded.
If the Client reschedules less than 24 hours in advance, a new deposit of 50% of the session fee will be required to hold the new session date.
If the Client is more than 10 minutes late or does not show up, the session will be cancelled without a refund.
This policy does not apply to session bundles. Bundle fees are fully non-refundable. However, individual sessions within a bundle may be cancelled or rescheduled as needed.
For payments made through PayPal or Stripe, any processing fees incurred are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy for All Private Group
Regressions, Workshops, and Sound Baths
A $190 deposit is required to reserve the event, of which 50% ($95) is nonrefundable.
If the Client cancels at least 48 hours before the scheduled event, the remaining 50% ($95) of the deposit will be refunded, minus any applicable payment processing fees.
If the Client cancels less than 48 hours before the event, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
If the Client reschedules at least 48 hours before the scheduled event, the existing deposit will be applied toward the rescheduled event.
If the Client reschedules less than 48 hours before the event, an additional, nonrefundable rescheduling fee of $95 will be required. The original $190 deposit will continue to be credited in full toward the event price, and the remaining balance will be calculated accordingly. The rescheduling fee will not be applied toward the event balance.
If anyone in the Client's group arrives more than 15 minutes late or does not show up, the session will proceed without them, and their absence will be treated as a late cancellation without a refund.
If no one from the Client's group arrives within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the event will be cancelled without a refund.
If the Client's group size decreases less than 48 hours before the event, the Client will be charged based on the last confirmed headcount or the $380 minimum, whichever is greater.

Cancellation Policy for Consultations
A $30 consultation fee is required to reserve a consultation.
The consultation fee is fully refundable if the Client cancels or reschedules at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, minus any applicable payment processing fees.
If the Client cancels less than 24 hours in advance, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
If the Client reschedules less than 24 hours in advance, a new $30 consultation fee will be required to hold a new consultation date.
If the Client is more than 10 minutes late or does not show up, the consultation will be cancelled without a refund.
If the Client books a service with Amanda Aiko LLC, the $30 consultation fee will be credited toward the balance of that service. The consultation fee is non-transferable and may only be applied to one future service.
