Cancellation Policy for All Quantum Healing Sessions
QHHT, Virtual Quantum Healing, Psycholytic Quantum Healing
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 3 days before your scheduled session.
If you cancel less than 3 days before your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you reschedule less than 3 days before your appointment, a new deposit of $180 will be required.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late or do not show up, the session will be cancelled without a refund.

Cancellation Policy for All Psychic Sessions
The session fee is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the session fee will be refunded.
If you reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, a new deposit of 50% of the session fee will be required to hold your new session date.
If you are more than 10 minutes late or do not show up, the session will be cancelled without a refund.
This policy does not apply to session bundles. Bundle fees are fully non-refundable. However, individual sessions within a bundle may be cancelled or rescheduled as needed.

Cancellation Policy for All Private Group Regressions
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event.
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled event.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your event, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you reschedule less than 48 hours before your event, a new 50% deposit will be required.
If anyone in your group arrives more than 15 minutes late or does not show, the session will proceed without them and they will be treated as a late cancellation with no refund.
If no one from your group arrives within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be canceled with no refund.
If your group size decreases less than 48 hours before your event, you’ll be charged for the last confirmed headcount (or the $300 minimum), whichever is higher.
